The challenge

an dúshlán, die Herausforderung

Berlitz Digital School needed a global presence that could serve 30+ markets at once: full right-to-left language support, twelve CMS-driven language versions, and Salesforce lead routing that worked no matter which regional variant a visitor arrived on.

The non-negotiable was ownership. Marketing had to be able to run the site without going back to engineering for every page.

What John did

an cur chuige, der Ansatz

One source of truth rather than twelve sites. A single architecture served all twelve language versions, with right-to-left and left-to-right handled at component level so no template was ever duplicated.

Lead capture went straight into Salesforce through a custom connection that routed by locale and course interest, putting each enquiry in front of the right rep automatically.
